Classic Service Brief

All Nos Belles Vacances catering staff are trained in all aspects of their job role from hospitality to housekeeping. One or two Chalet Hosts will serve and look after guests depending on the size of the accommodations.

6 x cooked breakfast,

for example; poached eggs on toast with mushrooms, Fresh Bread, choice of two cereals, preserves, fruit juice, tea, filter coffee or hot chocolate

6 x afternoon tea, bread, selection of preserves Fresh baked cake of the day

for example Lemon Drizzle Cake, choice of tea or coffee

1 x canapés of the evening served with welcome aperitif on the first full evening of clients holiday

6 x three course dinner, choice of red or white wine with dinner, filter coffee to follow.

6 days full housekeeping service

Classic Vegetarian

As for the classic service but with balanced menus for the vegetarian, service available also in Prestige vegetarian

Classic Gluten Free

Due to demand we have introduced this menu, although entrusting a clients gluten free diet to a “set menu “ is a risk, so we advise that clients still review the whole menu upon arrival in their chalet and discuss their personal plan with their chalet staff who will accommodate their specific needs.

Classic Vegan

As for the classic service but with balanced menus for the vegan, service available also in Prestige vegan

Teeny Classic

A variation on our prestige & classic menus ,designed with our younger guests in mind between the ages of 3yrs and 11yrs, dinner can be served at 6.30pm or with the grown-ups at around 8.00pm. We advise that parents liase with their chalet staff to confirm dinner timings and also to discuss any special food needs.
